Just think back to the last time you had a cold or were sick. What was the first thing you wanted to do after you noticed the symptoms? You wanted to tell somebody, “I’m sick.” You wanted sympathy. Then you began to get worse immediately. You almost boasted, I can predict the future! A better thing to say is “I desire those things which bring life and health to my body. (Proverbs 13:2, Proverbs 18:21 and James 3:4)
