Andrew is a FlyeFit Personal Trainer who ran his first-ever Marathon in Greenland. In this episode, he talks about his experiences doing his first marathon, dealing with the cold and adventures in Greenland, advice for pre-race nutrition, and how to adapt from a gym-only programme to incorporating more running into your training.
