From 9/11 Pilot To Real Estate Investor | Steve Rozenberg EP. 051

Season 1 Episode 51

Today I had my friend Steve Rozenberg on the show who is an airline pilot, and he sold a property management company for millions of dollars. Steve talks about what it’s like to lose your job after 9/11, what it was like being a pilot during the pandemic, he also talks about what it’s like having an engine go out in the middle of a flight, being struck by lightning on a plane, and a lot more!

Steve talks about how hiring a coach was one of the best choices he made when it came to starting a business. Steve then talks about how being a pilot has a lot of down time, which is perfect for getting into real estate investing.

Steve and I talk about the power of leverage in business because we only get 24 hours per day. If you spend an extra hour working, that is an hour you’re not with your family, or working out.

We also talk about why it is that making logical decisions is important not only in business and real estate, but in life!

Lastly, Steve and I talk about the importance of practice and repetition in order to be successful. It doesn’t matter if you’re in real estate or playing piano. If you want to be at the top, you need to train like the best train.
