On a freezing April 13th, 1979, reporter Sam follows wealthy playboy Teddy Stoneberry to a warehouse near the pier, hoping to uncover the truth behind a missing model named Suzy. Instead, she finds blood on the floor, a mauled guard, a locked room, and something monstrous moving through the dark between the crates.
What begins as a mystery quickly turns into a full-blown survival horror nightmare. Teddy has been hiding a terrible family secret, and Sam is trapped inside a warehouse with a burned, broken killer who should have stayed dead. With only a tiny Derringer and no easy way out, she has to fight to survive the night.
