Driving from Dallas to Oxford, Mississippi, and back over the course of a three-day weekend sounds like a daunting proposition for a lot of people. After all, Dallas is 530 miles from Oxford, so the journey entails a lot of driving. But there is reason behind our madness. Our future son-in-law went to Ole Miss, and he and my daughter asked us to join them to make the trip to see the Rebels play Oklahoma. How could you turn that down?
