Kate Stellman is the co-host of Extreme Health Radio with her husband Justin, where they interview both medical doctors and health professionals, encouraging other health journeyers that natural healing is possible. Having dealt with chronic illness herself, she is always soaking up new healing modalities and prevention. She is currently involved in the Extreme Health Academy as well enjoying motherhood.
