Peter Volny is one of the founders of Scuderia Southwest, a car gathering in Scottsdale, Arizona. Started in 2001 as a basic cars and coffee type gathering, it has grown to be a large gathering held several times a year, where serious metal shows up. The organization helps raise money for charities like Ronald McDonald House, Boys and Girls Club,  the 100 Club, and more.
