Audy also reflects on how the Empowerment Studio has been a space to explore who they truly are after growing up in a rigid religious environment. They describe it as a “playground" for self-discovery, where photo sessions and community have helped them grow in ways they hadn’t imagined. We get into why it’s so powerful to have a space where you can just *be*—whether that’s exploring your identity, getting comfortable in front of the camera, or celebrating yourself as you are.

Oh, and you might have noticed this episode is dropping on a Tuesday. Going forward, we’re moving to Tuesday releases! Tuesdays felt like the perfect time to drop a little boost in your week, right when you might need it most. It’s also a better fit for the Empowerment Team’s rhythm—and since we’re all about adjusting to better fit how our lives and minds actually work, it just makes sense!
