SAN DIEGO — A long-time elementary school employee in California sued San Diego County Sheriff Kelly Martinez for revoking his concealed carry license due to his membership in the Boozefighters Motorcycle Club, which the sheriff describes as a criminal street gang. Martinez cited the “good moral character” criterion under which the license was issued as the reason for the revocation.
