I had a follower on Instagram reach out to me asking me to do an episode on the topic of sizing charts. She was specifically frustrated about a 31 inch waist being a size 10 last summer and now being a size 12! She wanted to know why this keeps happening and how she can deal with it mentally. I know this is something that triggers a lot of women and her feelings of frustration are completely relatable to so many of you. So let's dive in!
