John has been investing in real estate for 2 yrs. while taking the first year to learn and build a process for purchasing income-producing assets. John closed on his first deal last year when he acquired a duplex in his local market which he also self manages. John is also a licensed property manager for the state of SC and is currently in the process of building a property management company.
John recently partnered with a seasoned RE professional and together, they currently have $750,000 in their portfolio under management.
