Chef Megan (Colby's wife) is a James Beard Semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef and her recipes have been featured in numerous national publications including Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Wall Street Journal and Saveur. Then came the call of competitive barbecue. Say what!?!
