Description
Country music's biggest artists and fans gathered together for an extremely good cause. Concert for Carolina was a smashing success. Much of the benefit show was organized by Luke Combs and Eric Church. The sold out show drew a crowd of over 82,000 people to the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 26. Other artists who performed that night included James Taylor, Billy Strings, Keith Urban, Sheryl Crow, Scotty McCreery, Chase Rice and Parmalee. The massive event raised more than $24.5 million in relief funds. That incredible sum will benefit families and communities affected by this year's hurricanes through organizations such as Samaritan's Purse, Harvest Food Bank of North West North Carolina and the Chief Cares Foundation home building initiative called "Blueprint for the Blue Ridge."
