Proverbs 22:6- Raise up a child in the way they should go and when they get old they will not depart from it.

Two parts of this verse to learn from:

• “Raise up a child in the way they should go…”- Teach your children the essentials of life; morals, ethics, faith…
• “And when they get old they’ll not depart from it…”- We can’t make our kids do what we want… BUT… God promises that eventually they will come back to what they have been taught if they’ve been taught right!
