Ep. 60: The Role of Self-Deception in Perfectionism

Episode 60 Published 1 year, 6 months ago
Description

We like to think of ourselves as rational beings, behaving in accord with reasonable ideals. But we resort to rationalization and self-deception far more often than we may want to know. But since reflecting on every little thing we do isn't a workable solution, let's start small and look at the ways we might justify trying to be perfect.
