It’s time to think anew about the environment, our work, and our well-being. What drives us to pursue food, shelter, clothing, and creature comforts in the way we do? Where do we get our information from that helps guide our choices and decisions in a modern consumerist society? Which leaders, influencers, academics, scientists, media personalities and politicians do we listen to, agree or disagree with, and why is that? All of these issues, topics, and concepts emerge at this New Moon when we consider the archetypes involved – the Sun (drive), the Moon (emotions), Mars (will), Mercury (communication), Kronos (leadership), Hades (the lifecycle), and Ceres (Mother Earth) in Sagittarius are present in the cosmic configuration.

Individually and collectively, there’s few issues that divide us more than the environment (Ceres), our work, and our well-being (Virgo). Everyone’s got an opinion (Mercury), and some are willing to go to great lengths to make a point about the way we mine, extract, grow, manufacture, and process Gaia’s resources (Ceres in Sagittarius).

There’s a lot of Gemini energy here too, which symbolises duality. With Mars in this sign, we are cautioned not to get stuck on one side of the argument.
