It's Halloween season, which means it's time for more haunted real estate stories, straight from our listeners and fellow agents around the country. Last year's spooky episode was such a hit that we knew we had to bring it back, and y'all did not disappoint with this year's batch of haunted real estate stories.

Quick disclaimer before we dive in: if you're triggered by death, crime, paranormal activity, or general creepy stuff, this one is not for you, and that's totally okay, we've got plenty of upbeat episodes to choose from instead. We mean no disrespect to anyone who has passed away and is referenced in these stories. These are simply tales sent in by our listeners, and we may giggle a little along the way because that is just what we do when we get nervous.

This year's lineup has a little bit of everything: flying power drills, a pig that turned up in a pool, a tidy ghost who folds pajama pants, a basement that made a grown man refuse to sleep for three days, and a stinky spirit that a medium had to talk into leaving.
