Most of us have a difficult relationship with the word NO! We don't know how to say NO to others or to ourselves. NO is a powerful word. Our relationship with NO is directly related to how our life is going. Saying NO means someone else might not like it, or saying NO might mean we don't get what we want. Here is an idea. Practicing saying NO a lot in the next few days. Just say NO. Decided after you say NO what you want to do, but say NO first.
