On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Justin Rubin! Justin is a personal trainer, professional Hyrox athlete, and sub 3 marathoner (at 213 pounds!!!!).

We met Justin at the Chicago Marathon and were stoked to get him on. We got the Chicago sub 3 recap, learned about Hyrox competition and training for it, and talked about his crazy 100k ultra going up and down the Rocky Steps in Philly!
