Many people have asked me how they should go about getting back in shape. In my group, I have a standard answer. Consistency, Accuracy, and Intensity. The recipe is simple (I didn’t say easy). Develop consistency in when you exercise, then work on the accuracy of the movements and only when those two are solid, ramp up the intensity.
