Jay (Jaronda) Perry has been active in residential real estate for over 15 years. She bought her first house at 23, and worked for a boutique firm before starting her own property management and brokerage firm called Prosperity Homes in 2011. Prosperity Homes has a unique business model. The company signs a lease with the property owner that gives the company the right to sublet while the owner gets guaranteed rent for up to three years. Ms. Perry deeply enjoys turning houses into homes and providing clients with affordable short term housing as well as helping others learn from her mistakes. In addition to her real estate work, Ms. Perry works full-time as a computer systems engineer and is a proud Auntie to five nephews and two nieces.
