Now more than ever, we are being expected to deal with uncertainty and stress whilst simultaneously being instructed to stay at home and be alone with our thoughts. When your mind is untrained this can be extremely trying. Here you can access a free 10 meditation. With regular practice, this can help achieve some calm in tumultuous times.
