Social cognitive learning theory involves observing the behaviors of others and the resulting rewards and punishments. Future behaviors were then based on these observations. From the perspective of social cognitive learning theory, learning is a change in mental processes that creates the capacity to demonstrate different behaviors that occurs as a result of observing others.
