Prying Pete Kwiatkowski away from Washington was a tremendous hire by Steve Sarkisian, but the first-year defensive coordinator for the Longhorns has a lot of perceived personnel questions on his side of the ball with two months to go until kickoff that could significantly impact the win ceiling for Texas in Sarkisian's first season on the job.
