Eddie Jurinic and Justin Pellicciotta from Pine Glen Homes sat down with us for this episode.  Eddie was around early in our investing days, and we had a good laugh looking back at some of the ridiculous things investors do to build momentum.  And that's exactly what he and his business partner Justin have done.  Expanding into custom home building and also new home subdivisions.  One of their current projects is even offering a detached accessory dwelling unit as an option for buyers.  One of the very first builders in Ontario to do so.  It was also very insightful to have them explain the different ways people price custom home building and some of the scenarios they've seen people get themselves into and how to avoid them.
