7-Day Snapshot: Santa Clarita Real Estate

In the last seven days, we’ve seen:

  • 13 homes coming soon to the market
  • 66 new listings going live
  • 90 price changes, with 80% of those being reductions
  • 18 homes back on the market
  • 37 homes now under contract
  • 54 pending listings

This gives us a total of 91 homes that are in escrow, meaning there’s still plenty of activity despite a slight cooling in the overall market.
