Cristin Milioti has seen it all in Hollywood. She’s a musician, singer/songwriter, musician, and actress who got her start on Broadway in 2011, where she played the lead in Once, a breakout role that garnered her a Tony Award nomination and won her a Grammy. She went on to star in roles in How I Met Your Mother, Black Mirror’s USS Callister, The Wolf of Wallstreet, and Fargo, and most recently in Hulu’s summer hit movie Palm Springs alongside Andy Samberg. Milioti and Samberg play two disaffected characters named Sarah and Nyles who meet at a wedding and later get stuck in an infinite time loop, forced to relive the same day over and over again. Sounds just like quarantine, right? In this episode, Cristin and I cover all the shows we’re binging during quarantine, being a multi-discipline artist, and how she prepared for her role in one of the best movies of the summer.
