Last week, Mark and Sarah did one-on-one check-ins with all 26 agents on our team. One of the biggest takeaways? Sometimes people just want to be heard. They aren't always looking for solutions, just for someone to listen. It can be challenging sometimes to meet people where they're at. Everyone has a different background, different wants, and different needs.
