Korey Pollard has had a lifelong career in the entertainment industry. Starting as a child actor, he eventually moved into props and is now an assistant director and producer in TV and film. We join him at the RealScreen West 2019 Summit to talk about his career path and they key to raising human capital. Korey shares some incredible stories as to how he hustled his way into auditions as a kid, eventually got a role in Stand By Me, and how that led to lifelong relationships and opportunities.
