Jacques Bazinet is a multifamily investor, mentor, and COO of Talos Holdings. Overcoming disabilities at a young age, Jacques found his passion for entrepreneurship while working for his father’s fast-food franchise. He eventually met and became good friends with Stephen R. Covey of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” fame, and started working for him all over the world. Jacques also walks us through his unique multifamily approach and how he creates value in the community. He also discusses raising capital, finding the right investors, and multifamily marketing strategies. We then learn about putting your beliefs into practice, using a disability as a strength, and showing gratitude.
