Siobhan is an insider having been the executive in charge of culture change in a series of multinational firms. One of these inside jobs was a 7-year change initiative at an Australian bank, ANZ, that transformed it into one of the highest performing banks in the world. In fact, Professor John Kotter used Siobhan’s work at ANZ as a case study at Harvard Business School to teach MBA students about how to manage change. In 2020, Siobhan was selected as a member of the Global Thinkers50 whose ideas have the power to change the world. She is currently employed as the Executive General Manager of People, Culture & Change at DuluxGroup. Siobhan McHale is a culture transformer! She has worked across four continents, helping thousands of leaders to create more agile and productive workplaces.
