An Arkansas father was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 67 year-old man he found in a vehicle with his missing 14 year-old daughter, with her mother claiming that several months ago, their then 13-year-old daughter was “targeted, groomed and ultimately raped by the boyfriend of a family friend”, reportedly to be the 67 year-old Michael Fosler.
