Meditation has become the cornerstone of feeling more alive, present,  and worrying less. Like not being good at sports, once you think you can never do something or you try and it seems too hard, the tendency is to quit. Your brain is a muscle. If you exercise your arms by lifting weights, your muscles will get stronger. there is less skill in lifting weights. Meditation is more difficult because your mind will resist like a two-year-old when you tell them no. Practice makes perfect.
