Episode Details

Joe, Justin, and Cody continue their chronological review of the entire Studio Ghibli library. Joe drops a lot of knowledge about Hayao Miyazaki's life behind the scenes, and Justin drops Japanese culture whenever he can. They finish by looking at their own personal top five films in the collection, and debating which are truly the classics. Joe gets emotional about one film in particular, and Justin analyzes the "real" story behind one of the picks in his top five. Come along with us as we examine the second half of Studio Ghibli! #totoro, #studioghibli, #miyazaki, #takahata, #japan, #Japanesemythology, #FONDcast, #FriendsOccasionallyNotDisagreeing, #podcast
