The three principles are to honor God in their business practices and relationships, to invest generously in the team's ability to serve well, and to value all seniors as gifted and contributing individuals. What that means, in terms of daily practice, is doing the right thing, treating people how they themselves want to be treated. That's service at its finest. Residents have so much to give.
