So many times people that are going through a storm are too embarrassed or proud to ask for help. They think it makes them look weak, or they fear rejection if they ask.

You see them struggling but you are not sure what to do.  Maybe you feel like you can’t help because you have nothing to give, give anyway.
Maybe you feel like your help won't be appreciated, help anyway.
You can offer your support through kindness; A meal, a ride, a talk, a shoulder to lean (or cry) on.
Try not to solve their problems for them, this is their journey to make.
Just be there. 
Without judgement. 
Without advise. 
But with encouragement and space to be heard and to heal.
