ClearanceJobs sat down with Brig. Gen. Patrick R. Michaelis who currently serves as the Deputy Commanding General (Operations) for the United States Recruiting Command.With COVID-19, this year's Army National Hiring Days looks a little bit different than previous years. This new virtual hiring event will be the first time the Army has come together as a whole to leverage the digital space in a concentrated all-Army nationwide recruiting effort. They hope to hire 10,000 soldiers from June 30-July 2.
