SAMUEL DIED IN OLD AGE STILL BELOVED BY THE PEOPLE WHILE OTHERS WHO ARE IN POWER DIE UNDESIRED LIKE JEHORAM. WHAT WILL BE YOUR LEGACY
1 Samuel 25:1
And Samuel died; and all the Israelites were gathered together, and lamented him, and buried him in his house at Ramah.
2 Chronicles 21:20
Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign, and he reigned in Jerusalem eight years, and departed without being desired. Howbeit they buried him in the city of David, but not in the sepulchres of the kings.
SAMUEL WAS REMEMBERED FOR TRUE PROPHECY!
1 Chronicles 11:3
Therefore came all the elders of Israel to the king to Hebron; and David made a covenant with them in Hebron before the LORD; and they anointed David king over Israel, according to the word of the LORD by Samuel.
1 Samuel 3:19
And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.
1 Samuel 9:6
And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.
SAMUEL GAVE OFFERINGS TO THE BUILDING OF THE TEMPLE WHICH WAS BUILT WAY AFTER HIS DEATH. CHURCH LEADERS ARE NOT EXEMPTED FROM RETURNING TITHES AND OFFERINGS,THEY ARE TO BE EXAMPLES IN EVERYTHING
John 13:15
“For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.”
1 Chronicles 26:24-28

REJECTED AND DESPISED BY MAN BUT REMEMBERED AND HONORED BY GOD.
