Brian Richmond, the beloved voice of Singapore football, talks about a lesser known side of his romance with the sport – his early playing days from the 1950s to 1971. He represented the Singapore/Malaysian youth teams before being promoted to the Singapore national team. He recalls some great players and coaches he met in his playing days and afterwards.
