Kelsey takes the situation in Ukraine as an example of how energy policy must be constantly updated and modified to match world events, and explains why terms like carbon pricing, carbon tax, and emission regulation need to be reclaimed/redefined going forward, and how terminology is not only important for policy directives but can be a barrier to discussion important issues like energy and the environment.
