Two prominent talking heads returned to Twitter this week from "bans" and both credited Elon Musk's buying of the social media platform as the reason...only problem being that deal isn't done yet, and the truth is they don't want to admit to acquiescing to Twitter's moderation of their content since that would be bad for their brands, we'll get to the real story there. Guest Sarah Rumpf of Mediaite joins us to get past the rhetoric and narratives of the State of Florida's legislation changing the Reedy Creek Improvement District, otherwise known as the land where Disney World sits. Sarah walks us through the black-and-white of the passed law, the previous agreements and regulations that also have legal bearing, and how if it stands the whole mess is headed to court.
