Jeff talks about how we focus on buildings and policy in the wake of tragedies when we need to focus on people, the mental aspect of preparedness, and what the balance between aware and prepared without living in perpetual fear and panic looks like. Jeff also talks the response to Uvalde, and gives folks some things they can to do to not only handle a violent crisis and respond, but how we can elevate the discourse and conversation amongst ourselves when one occurs.--------------------
