Psalm 92:11-15

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. 13Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. 14They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; 15To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

OLD AGE CAN HAVE SPIRITUAL HAZARDS

1 Kings 11:4

For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.

Psalm 71:18

Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

THE RETIRED JUDGE OF ISRAEL WEPT FOR THE ERRING JUST LIKE OUR LORD JESUS! WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT WOULD MAKE FOR ENTIRE GLOBE IF ELDERS PRAYED FOR INSTEAD OF CURSING THE YOUNG GENERATION ‼️

1 Samuel 15:10-11

Then came the word of the LORD unto Samuel, saying, 11It repenteth me that I have set up Saul to be king: for he is turned back from following me, and hath not performed my commandments. And it grieved Samuel; and he cried unto the LORD all night.

1 Samuel 15:34-35

Then Samuel went to Ramah; and Saul went up to his house to Gibeah of Saul. 35And Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death: nevertheless Samuel mourned for Saul: and the LORD repented that he had made Saul king over Israel.

Luke 19:41-44

SAMUEL WAS SPIRIT FILLED EVEN IN OLD AGE SO THAT THE WICKED KING IN THE RADIUS OF THE PROPHET STARTED TO PROPHESY! WHAT IS YOUR INFLUENCE LIKE TO ALL WHO ASSOCIATE WITH YOU?

1 Samuel 19:18-20

So David fled, and escaped, and came to Samuel to Ramah, and told him all that Saul had done to him. And he and Samuel went and dwelt in Naioth. 19And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah. 20And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.

1 Samuel 19:23-24

And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah. 24And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

Psalm 71:7-9

I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge. 8Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day. 9Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength faileth.
