You're not obligated to keep doing something for somebody if you don't want to—you weren't obligated to in the first place.   Many people will not react well when you stop doing something for them, when you did something for them.   Sometimes when you do things out of the kindness of your heart, other people may try to make you think you owe them something you never owed them and sometimes you actually need to take care of yourself and don't have extra to pour out, particularly to people that never reciprocate.
  If somebody has done something for you that nobody else has done for you, nobody else, that person was an angel to you.
