He transitioned to multifamily in 2019 and is a general partner in $50 MM of assets and a passive investor in nearly 3,000 units across Texas, Florida, Phoenix, Georgia, and Ohio. He is the founder of Life-Changing Capital, a Houston-based Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm, and takes an institutional, transparent, and hands-on approach to multifamily.
He loves playing basketball, guitar, and drums, eating food, meeting new people, and speaking French. He was voted best listener in his graduating high school class.
