Breathe Better, Burn More Fat - The PNOĒ and BrainTap Connection!

Season 1 Episode 43 Published 1 year, 11 months ago
Description

Can our brains help us burn more fat?

In this episode, I’m joined by Apostolos Atsalakis, co-founder of PNOĒ to explore how breath analysis can provide deeper insights into our body’s metabolic processes.

Apostolos was born and raised in Greece. From an early age, he was intrigued by how technology could improve lives. With a natural inclination toward subjects like math and physics, he pursued his passion by studying Nanotechnology at the University of Cambridge, eager to explore the technical applications of his academic knowledge. The idea for PNOĒ emerged during a conference he attended called “The Next Big Thing,” where someone mentioned the field of breath analysis. Instantly captivated by the potential of this field, he began conducting deep research. Today, PNOĒ has grown into a global company and leader in breath analysis, yet he believes they are only at the beginning, with much more to learn and achieve.

Today we discuss the results of our recent study combining BrainTap with PNOĒ’s technology, which showed a fascinating shift in fuel utilization—helping the body burn more fat after a BrainTap session.
