I. In this episode, I share my thoughts and experiences as I experiment with roasting and brewing different coffee beans. I recently tried a light roast Colombian coffee but struggled to find the sweetness and flavor notes I was hoping for. I go into detail about the different brew methods, temperatures, and roast levels I tried in an attempt to coax out the best flavors from this particular coffee.I also reflect on the value I aim to provide listeners through these coffee focused podcasts. While there are many other coffee content creators, I want to give an honest, first-hand perspective from someone truly passionate about the craft of coffee roasting and brewing.
