Zach Bryan stays out of GRAMMYs and Jake Worthington drops new song | Music City Minute
Published 1 year, 6 months ago
Description
For much of the music industry, the Grammy Awards are considered the tippy-top of the recognition pyramid. Well, Zach Bryan may not share that same feeling anymore. The “Pink Skies” singer had decided not to submit his latest album, “Great American Bar Scene” or any singles for consideration. It is not clear why he changed his tune — I mean, he did attend the awards and won last year. Maybe, since he already that feather in his cap, he feels he doesn’t need another one.
Jake Worthington’s career has hit a high note. He recently singed to Miranda Lambert’s label, Big Loud Texas. Also, he and Miranda dropped a new song called “Hello [Cruddy] Day.” That middle word actually starts with a “Sh,” but I can’t say it here. A few days ago, Worthington and Lambert had a chance to perform their song live at the MuttNation Benefit Concert in Nashville.
I’m Sheena, and that’s your Music City Minute.
