Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed an appeal asking a higher court to overrule to judges who've denied him bail. Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges and is being held without bond. His lawyers argue he's not a flight risk and hasn't tried to intimidate witnesses as federal prosecutors have claimed.
