Hello. Welcome to LoFi Bedtime Very Tales. In this episode I present to you a tale about a girl named Mary who has some struggles with her anxiety and fears. There is a bit of a Halloween theme but it is not a spooky story. I can assure you of that. If I were to compose a scary story, I think it may frighten everyone off and I do not want to do that. Mary learns some lessons on how to better manage herself in this episode and you may too by listening. Never be afraid to face your fears. Never. Things are often much worse than they seem to be in our minds, my patient listener. Please believe in yourselves as doing that shall always help you think, feel, and behave in a more positive and helpful manner. As always, please remember to do things today to make tomorrow better.
